Our neighborhood door hangers will invite visitors to join us @ 9am for donuts and coffee before service. Ministers and leaders should be available to meet and greet during the hour of 9-10am. We will also use that hour for Fast Track classes in lower level Attendees can pickup their donuts and coffee before heading to class.

Scan parking lot every 20-30 minutes (any suspicious persons hanging around cars, ask “can I help you with something?”)
Wear parking ministry yellow vest for people to immediately recognize your position
Assist elderly members/visitors into the building, especially if a driver is dropping them off before parking.
May consider sending driver around to the south side of the building for side entry into the lobby. An usher should watch that door often to assist in such cases.

Pastor Tonda : Propresenter preparation & Cue sheets for media team
Altar Team
When pastor transitions from message to call to discipleship, stand in place in front of both aisles.
Prepare to pray and minister with those who wish prayer after benediction.
Team should also be positioned up front during corporate prayer when there is a call to the altar.
* once praise team returns to platform during call to discipleship, use front left pew for responders to sit before taking back to conf room. Two additional assigned ministers will take group back while two remain at altar to pray for needs after benediction.
* Pastor Hill & wife to proceed up aisle singing benediction song to greet visitors. Assigned minister will end service with “the benediction blessing” (Numbers 6:24-26), and ask everyone to meet the pastors in the lobby or remain quietly in sanctuary during altar prayer
* Ministering to new members in conference room: the goal is not to hold them long but rather to welcome them and confirm their reason for responding. This should be clear on the Connect Card Share briefly about the Next Steps 8 wk class and that a care coach will be reaching out to them his week. Next Step brochures should be ready Sunday 3/10.
Clean-Up
All leaders are asked to see that the sanctuary, lobby areas and restrooms are presentable before leaving. Will have weekly assignments.
