Subject: Neighborhood Communication from The Streams Church

Streams Leaders,

Due to a few recent instances of property misuse by neighborhood children, along with excessive cross-traffic from cars and trucks using our parking lot as a pass-through, we felt it necessary to communicate directly with our immediate neighbors.

Rather than simply addressing the concerns, we want to use this as an opportunity to strengthen our relationship with the neighborhood. We will be hand-delivering a letter to nearby homes that respectfully explains our concerns regarding property care and, more importantly, the safety risks associated with children playing on the lot while vehicles are crossing through.

In the spirit of being good neighbors, the letter also extends an invitation to our upcoming Christmas production, Missing: Jesus, including two complimentary opening-night tickets per household, with additional tickets available at half price while supplies remain.

Our goal is not confrontation, but communication, safety, and relationship-building as we continue to establish The Streams Church as a positive presence in our community.
